About the Role:
Join LeafSpring School at Pendleton as a Full-Time Toddler Teacher, where you will nurture young minds in a vibrant and supportive environment. We are looking for passionate educators who are excited to inspire and guide our toddlers through their early developmental stages.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to toddlers' developmental needs.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom to promote a positive learning atmosphere.
- Monitor and assess each child's development and adapt activities accordingly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with toddlers in a classroom setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus if not we will train
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.

Compensation: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
